The advisory committee is appointed for a period of three years and persons wishing to serve as an external independent member may nominate for successive terms without restriction. The committee meets approximately four times a year. Nominations for the Place Names Advisory Committee Interested persons are invited to nominate for appointment as a community representative on the council’s place names advisory committee. Persons appointed will be expected to have local/regional knowledge and experience. Interested persons should view the committee charter prior to nominating. Written expressions of interest outlining the range of experiences and interests that you would bring to the committee should be forwarded to: Chief Executive Officer, Wodonga Council, PO Box 923, Wodonga, VIC 3689.
