Report a problem

There are several different ways to report a problem to us.

All requests will be lodged in our customer service log and prioritised by the appropriate staff member.

For urgent requests, please phone our community focus team on (02) 6022 9300 (all hours).

For emergencies, please phone 000.

For hazards on council land, please fill in the community hazard report form and return to the city offices, 104 Hovell St, Wodonga or fax to (02) 6022 9322.
