Wodonga Planning Scheme
Every Victorian council has its own planning scheme that controls land use and development within a municipality.
The scheme contains state and local planning policies, zones and overlays and other provisions that affect how land can be used and developed.
The Wodonga Planning Scheme indicates if a planning permit is required to change the use of land, or to construct a building or make other changes to the land.
A hardcopy is available to view free of charge at our reception in Hovell St during business hours.
You can view the maps from the Department of Environment Land Water and Planning (DELWP) website showing the zones and overlays of land in the Wodonga municipality.
If you have any questions regarding the planning scheme, please phone our planning team on (02) 6022 9300.
