Children at childcare centre

There are a variety of childcare options available in Wodonga to suit a range of needs whether you are returning to work, undertaking further education or just wanting some time out for appointments or outings.

Childcare is funded by the Australian Government.

It includes family day care, long day care and occasional care.

Family day care and long day care operators must be registered under the national quality framework.

PLEASE NOTE: Upper Murray Family Care no longer house the Family Day Care program. Please direct inquiries on Kids on Campus.

Felltimber Occasional Care 

We run an occasional childcare centre at Felltimber Children's Centre, located on the cnr of Melrose Drive and Felltimber Creek Rd, Wodonga (view map).

The Felltimber Occasional Childcare is an early learning environment that supports families by providing flexible care options.

Occasional care allows you the flexibility to leave your child/ren for short periods of time for any reason such as to attend appointments, shop, casual work, study, sport or to provide social interactions for your child/ren.

Felltimber Occasional Childcare operates from 8.30am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.

It caters for children aged three months to five years at a cost of $10.40 per hour. Childcare benefit rebate is available to eligible families.

Southern Rise Children's Centre

We run before and after preschool care at Southern Rise Children's Centre, located at 15 Cartwright St, Wodonga (view map).

Spaces are available for children aged three to five years.

Hours of operation are 8.30am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday.
