Online services is part of our commitment to providing residents and businesses with easy access to a range of services.

Requests for information and transactions are completed though a secure connection, which is integrated with our customer service software.

Several transactions will require user registration before a request can be made. This is a one-off process.


You can now report a pothole, barking dog, damaged footpath or any other issue plus make council payments online directly from your mobile phone using our new mobile-friendly service, CityWatch. CityWatch also allows you to track your requests and see other issues that have been lodged.


Several different types of payments can be made online using your Visa or Mastercard (American Express or Diners not accepted). You can view all types of payments in the secure connection or see individual types below.

Land Information and Property Information Certificates

Apply for a Land Information or Property Information Certificate. User registration is required for people wishing to utilise this online service.

Wodonga eServices will be unavailable from 11am Friday 30th June, 2017 for end of year processing.

System will be restored on the morning of July 1 2017. Council apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

eServices wil be unavailable from 2pm on Friday, April 5 to 8am to Monday, April 8 for a major upgrade. CityWatch will also be affected during this time.
