From 12pm on Tuesday, September 17, Wodonga Council will enter into Election Period prior to the October 2024 local government election.
The Local Government Act 2020 provides direction on the type of information that can be published by the council to its channels, including social media and the website.
To avoid any potential breaches of the Act, all material published to the council's social media channels, including comments and messages, will be closely moderated during the Election Period.
