Wodonga Council is seeking feedback to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the new no smoking laws.
The legislation was introduced on August 1, 2017 and it banned smoking from all outdoor dining areas, pub courtyards and beer gardens when food is being served.
The council is interested to hear from business owners as well as patrons to help implement laws and provide education where necessary. The survey will also provide feedback to the Department of Health and Human Services and Municipal Association of Victoria for effective tobacco reform.
Any enquiries relating to the survey may be directed to Wodonga Council’s Environmental Health team on (02) 6022 9300.
