    Community Conversations - Forums 2021

    Wodonga Council's community forums allow the community to present on a topic to the council or ask a question in an informal setting. 

    The council will also share information on key topics. 

    The forums are held several times a year and everyone is welcome to attend. 

    To present at a community forum, an application must be submitted by the Wednesday before the forum. 

    Questions can also be asked on the night. 

    Due to the restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is limited access with up to 30 members of the public permitted in the Council Chamber for the forum. Please register via the link under the appropriate key date on the right.


    November

    The council will hold a community forum in December following cancellations and postponements due to the COVID-19 pandemic and local outbreaks.

    It will be held on December 6 from 6pm in the Community Studio at Hyphen - Wodonga Library Gallery.

    It will include a short council presentation followed by the opportunity for the community to ask questions.

    Questions can be submitted with your registration, via email to makewodongayours@wodonga.com.au or on the night.

    In line with the present health orders, those aged over 12 years and 2 months must be - and show proof of being - fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid medical exemption, in line with the Chief Health Officer’s Directions and check in via the Service Victoria app.

    Our first forum post-pandemic and with our new council group will be held on June 7, 2021 in the Council Chamber. Registrations are essential. This first forum for 2021 will focus on the draft 2021-2022 budget and draft Council Plan and include a Q&A.

    Submissions can be made online (using the online form below), by e-mail or phone.
