Council has had a request from the adjoining landowners, Wilson Transformers and Bertazzo Engineered, to purchase part of this unused road reserve, which is at the rear of their properties.
The road is not formalised, has vegetation present and provides a buffer between the industrial land and a council reserve.
It is proposed to sell the land to the neighbouring landholders for $44,000 and $37,000.
This consultation is being conducted in accordance with section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989.
