This tool will give you an indication as to what permits you will require from the council. Once submitted the information is sent to our Business Concierge Officer who will make contact to discuss next steps.

For complex requirements, the Business Concierge will arrange a pre-application meeting with you and the relevant departments. During this meeting application requirements will be discussed and timeframes outlined.

Once you know the application requirements and have all relevant documentation, you can complete the single application form. You will only require to complete the sections of the form relevant to you.

Council departments will individually assess your application and contact you directly if they need any further information. It will be during this stage that payments will need to be made.

You will be notified as each permit is issued by relevant council departments. The Business Concierge Officer will be available through the entire period to provide support and answer any questions you may have.
