Do you want to improve your knowledge of mental illnesses and their treatments?
Do you want to increase your confidence in helping someone experiencing a mental illness?
An upcoming course will teach you how to provide initial support to other adults who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or problem until appropriate professional help is received.
About 20 per cent of Australian adults experience a common mental illness each year.
Completing an MHFA course will help you to develop the skills to support a friend, family member or co-worker.
