Wodonga Council's latest Young Achiever Scheme winner is following his passion for robotics.
Luke Hanlin has been involved in a VEX Robotics school program since the start of the year and during that time has proven to be a dedicated student, sometimes staying back after school and using his lunch break to work on his robot design.
His mother, Belinda has noticed a significant improvement in her son's behaviour and grades since Luke started his robotics class at Wodonga Middle Years College Felltimber Campus.
Luke is always working on new projects and enjoys meeting new people when he competes at robotics competitions.
He will use his award to finance upcoming robotic competitions.
The Young Achiever Scheme is aimed at assisting young people in their pursuits to participate at a state or national level for activities, events or competitions.
