The Wodonga Access Advisory Group is a collaborative forum comprising individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and organisations possessing a wide range of knowledge and experience in disability-related matters. This group serves to offer strategic advice to the council on access-related issues that can be addressed at a municipal level.

Role of the committee

  • Enhancing the accessibility of current and future infrastructure, facilities, and transportation systems in Wodonga.
  • Establishing a consultative platform among community members, service providers and the council to identify and address barriers to participation and access to community life in Wodonga.
  • Raising awareness of the needs of individuals with disabilities and the broader community's access requirements.

Meetings are conducted bi-monthly in the council chambers and are open to all members of the community.

If you are passionate about improving access and are interested in contributing to the group, please contact:
