A Panel Hearing was held on February 13, 2018 to hear submissions made in regard to Amendment C125.

The Wodonga Planning Scheme Amendment C125 Panel Report has been received by Council and will be reported to the April Council meeting for decision.

Proposed Planning Scheme changes to 30 Jarrah Street and 41 Pearce Street, Wodonga.

The land at 30 Jarrah St and 41 Pearce St, Wodonga (the site) accommodated the former Wodonga South Primary School has been determined surplus to the Victorian Government’s current and future requirements. The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) has requested that the planning provisions for the site be changed to reflect that it is no longer required for public use. The site has been nominated for the Inclusionary Housing Pilot.

A Public Hearing was held on 30th January 2018 where the Government Land Standing Advisory Committee heard submissions.

The proposed changes are currently under consideration (see status here).
