Beauty and lower-risk procedures (such as hairdressing, make up application etc.) may be registered with council as a mobile business. To do this, you are required to register your principal place of business with council. This is the place where equipment is stored before travelling to the location where you will conduct services.
Skin penetration and tattooing procedures are not permitted to be conducted as a mobile premises.
